Can I return my item?

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Order # must be provided to place a return. All returns will be issued through store credit. We do not give cash refunds. All returns must be in the same condition they were received. Once the bicycle is returned, our team will check its condition and then issue a store credit. If the product you received is not as described on the site, please contact us directly. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Shipping charges incurred in the return are also not refunded. To request a return please email amdurbicylces@gmail.com.

How do I reqest a return?

Please contact us via email or schedule a phone call and we will be happy to open a return case for your item.

How do I ship back an item?

If a return has been issued and approved, you may ship back the item in the same packaging it was received in with UPS. Please contact us if you require assistance printing a shipping label and we will happily help provide one. Buyer pays all return shipping expenses.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to the order being shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation update via email at which point the order has been processed and can not be cancelled.

Is my purchase covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?

Amdur Bicycles can not verify if bicycles sold are covered by each individual bicycle warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly to confirm warranty information and conditions. However, typically pre-owned bicycles are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.


How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are shipped between Monday to Friday and can take up to 48 hours to process before they are shipped. If there is a delay you will be contacted via email.

How can I track my shipment status?

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping conformation e-mail with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment with the provided number.

Can I pick up my bike instead of shipping it?

Yes, pick-up is free from our Vaughan, Ontario location on all orders. Please specify that you plan to pick-up upon checkout and then contact us for a pick-up appointment.

Who do I contact for shipping issues?

Most bicycles are shipped with UPS. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with shipping confirmation from the respective shipper. For shipping inquiries, you must contact UPS directly.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and most other major payment cards. If you are having difficulty processing your payment, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issue.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on location. Typically, shipping cost around $100-$175 across North America.


Are the photos shown of the actual product?

Yes, all photos are of the actual product and note all visable blemishes. We don't hide anything when you buy your bike so that you can make an informed purchasing decison. All photos are taken with a proffesional DSLR to ensure maximum quality and visablity.

How can I ensure the bicycle is in good shape?

All bicycles sold by Amdur Bicycles have been inspected by our team. We ensure that all compoments are functioning correctly and all parts are sold with acceptable levels of wear. If a compoment or part is worn, it is replaced before being sold. Common items include tires, brake pads and grips.

How do I know which bike I need?

Please email us or schedule a phone call and a certified Amdur Bicycles advisor will help you choose the perfect bike for you.

Why should I buy pre-owned instead of buying new?

We are huge belivers in sustainability and know first hand that a pre-owned bike can preform just as well as a new one at a fraction of the price. We only sell the best and cleanest pre-owned bikes which can look and feel just like new.
