How do I place a return?

We're sorry you didn't love your bicycle. Please reach out to amdurbicycles@gmail.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest.

 

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry— Amdur Bicycle packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to amdurbicycles@gmail.com and we’ll help you place your return.

 

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return. All returns will be issued through store credit. We do not give cash refunds.

All returns must be in the same condition they were received. Once the bicycle is returned, our team will check its condition and then issue a store credit. If the product you received is not as described on the site, please contact us directly.

Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Shipping charges incurred in the return are also not refunded.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Once the bicycle reaches the Amdur Bicycles facilities, it will undergo inspection to ensure that it is in the same condition you received it. This process typically takes up to 48 hours. You will then receive a store credit code that you can use toward the purchase of your next bicycle.
